This affordable database program makes it easy to organize and catalog your figurine collections. Clean interface that is not cluttered with unnecessary and gimicky features. Powerful and flexible uses over twenty customizable fields to describe your collectables. You can customize the field names and categories menus to suit your interests and support multiple collections. The system is designed to organize your collection(s) and your digital / scanned images. Quickly access your data using the search & sorting features. You can add new records, modify existing records, copy (duplicate) records, and delete unwanted records. You can also print lists and reports about your collectables. The database can accommodate from small to large collections consisting of thousands of items!. Import and Export data from and to CSV (comma separated values) text files. This utility can help bring in data from an existing spreadsheet listing your collectables or export data into other programs.

Designed to Run on Windows Computers

Works with windows 2000, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional and Windows Vista. Designed to fit Screen resolution setting of 1024 x 768 and up. Easy to use install wizard. Illustrated Step by Step illustrated instructions of how to install will also be included. An internet connection is not needed as the database file goes on your own computer. Tech support by email is also available if you need assistance.

Manage Photos

Supports up to 4 different photos for each record in the database. Use the edit photos button to locate photos on your computer. The pictures display on the screen & print on many of the reports. Works with major image types such as .jpg and .gif picture files taken from a digital camera or scanner.

Search & Sorting

Search features allows you to locate items by different combinations of criteria such as description, condition, status, category, dates, price, and more.
Category, Condition, and Status drop down menus for easy entry. You can add, edit and remove items listed in these menus. The names of these menus are also changeable. Use the categories to group your collectables.

Link References

Add the paths to reference related documents such as text files, word documents, spreadsheets, certificates of authentic, pictures, and saved web pages on your computer. Then you can quickly access these files with a click of a button

Reports

Easily create professional looking full color reports, item lists, cost & value reports, photo pages, and catalog detail pages. Reports are useful for inventory documentation, insurance records. Below are examples of some of the reports. Reports are formatted to fit standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper. You can also filter reports using a wide range of criteria including details, dates & values.
